Position:
Contents Scheduling Coordinator Scheduling Coordinator in the Contents Division for a growing restoration company.
Job duties include:
Answer heavy volume of phone calls, schedule contents leads for walk throughs, pack outs, and move backs.
Reschedule cancelled appointments due to customer needs or rain delays.
Review the schedule daily, always knowing where follow-ups are needed or if additional appointments need to be scheduled.
Communicate and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and referral companies to ensure jobs are scheduled accurately with all supplies, materials, and equipment required to complete the job quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be well organized with the ability to multitask between ongoing and new projects.
This candidate must have a high level of professionalism and customer service, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and have good computer skills.
