We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with a sales-driven spirit for our location at North Georgia Premium Outlet.
Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team.
Required Skills and Experience Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations.
Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
Energizes team to achieve sales results.
Qualifications Must possess prior retail and/or management experience.
Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
