Sales and Product Knowledge:
Promote and sell automotive performance products and services to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest performance parts and modifications, ensuring in-depth product knowledge.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of various performance products and help them choose the right solutions for their vehicles.
3.
Service Writing and Coordination:
Create detailed service orders for vehicles in the shop.
Communicate effectively with the shop and technical teams, ensuring accurate and timely completion of services.
Provide clear and concise explanations of service quotes, ensuring transparency with customers regarding costs and timelines.
Review pre-tuning forms for accuracy and to confirm the parts on the vehicle will work with our tuning services Be a liaison between the tuning department and customer throughout the tuning process helping to diagnose issues, assist with technical support and communicate with both sides effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
5.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with technicians, sales staff, and other team members to provide seamless customer service and support.
Assist in coordinating scheduling and service appointments to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
6.
Event Participation and Commuting:
Commute to Dusterhoff Racing's location in Dawsonville, GA, for daily work.
Be willing to work at industry-related events, trade shows, and races as needed, representing Dusterhoff Racing and engaging with potential clients.
Requirements:
