Complete motor vehicle registration paperworkPrepare tax and title documents on a timely basisRecord incoming titles daily according to established proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve problems specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Maintain a high level of confidentialityRespond to customer inquiries in a professional mannerReconcile schedules Responsibilities - Billing Clerk:
Verify all deal contents and issue payoff checks for trade-insPost all sale transactions to accountingVerify the accuracy of posting through reporting systems in placePerform other duties as assigned or requestedQualifications/Requirements - Title and Billing Clerk:
Prefer Auto Dealership Tag & Title Clerk and/or Billing Clerk experienceResearch skills and ability to analyze the information required to perform job dutiesProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordOutstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizedA good work ethic takes initiativeProfessional appearance and good communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentPlease upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.
