Responsibilities:
Answering and Screening Calls:
Professionally manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
Order Management:
Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment.
Implement efficient drop-shipping procedures to ensure timely deliveries.
Packing Orders:
Accurately and securely pack orders for shipment.
Collaborate with the team to optimize packing processes.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate restocking activities to meet demand.
Data Entry:
Enter and maintain accurate data related to orders, inventory, and customer information.
Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Web Store Maintenance:
Add new products to the web store with detailed and enticing descriptions.
Contribute to a user-friendly and well-organized online shopping experience.
Invoicing:
Generate and send invoices in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding invoices to facilitate prompt payments.
Sales Follow-Up:
Reach out to customers for feedback and provide post-sales support.
Actively participate in sales follow-up activities.
Event Attendance:
Represent Dusterhoff Racing at industry-related events.
Engage with potential customers and network within the automotive community.
Shop and Business Support:
Collaborate with team members to assist with various tasks around the shop and business.
Ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Commute to our location in Dawsonville, Ga from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and high-performance vehicles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.
Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
