What your job duties will be:
Build relationships with customers Strong and consistent communication skills Greeting customers and answering phones Managing office inventory and supplies Office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation Notate accounts and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner Assist customers per their needs including, but not limited to, payments, scheduling, updating customer files, and conflict resolution Complete additional tasks and projects as needed Maintain internal and external confidentiality of information Process customer payments Our expectation from you:
