The daycare will be located within Prosper Therapy Services in order to serve the children of our therapists.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children (ages 0-10), creating a safe and stimulating environment, and fostering their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the safety of children in our care.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe and cared for.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Maintain a clean and organized daycare space, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of toys and surfaces.
Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in early childhood education is a plus.
