Responsibility split 70% as a Leader and 30% Individual Contributor.  Personally assigned high visibility accounts or accounts with difficulties in areas of delivery, and financial performance.  As an Individual Contributor I performed all the duties of a Solution Director listed below and closed $30MM of new and renewal business.



  • Lead a team of 15 Solution Directors with the following responsibilities and objectives:

    • Collaborate with staff to understand specific system requirements of clients.

    • Develop engagement costs, design concepts, and/or design changes.

  • Developed applications and a common format to allow transfer of claim information between insurance companies diverse computer systems.

  • Implemented the SNA and BSC protocols to be directly transmitted via satellite from a Tandem computer

  • Developed wire transfer systems using Tandem fault tolerant computers

  • Deployed at Crocker National, Wells Fargo and Bank of America

  • Modified the Tandem File Utility Program (FUP) source code to add functionality and run more efficiently.  Code was given to Tandem for international distribution.

  • Developed code to communicate to FedWire and SWIFT
