I started working as road police officer, firefighter, Medic to completing my Nursing Training and passing the boards. I became a supervisor to working as a manger then a Chief of Police. I am currently the Chief Operations Officer and owner of a Non-emergency Transport Service.

10/10 – 09/14 National Response EMS

Chief Operations Officer of an EMS Service that has currently 51 employees and 14 EMS Med Units with a 24 hour emergency dispatch center. I was responsible for all Operations of this agency 24 hours a day.

08/09 – 10/10 Combat Support – Law Enforcement / TAI

Providing Law Enforcement for US Army Support to Kuwait and Iraq to deter and prevent Terrorist Acts against US Bases and Personnel, including all Traffic Accident Investigations involving US Personnel and US Contractors.

Transit Officer assigned to Light Rail to enforce all transportation rules govern by RTD TWC Contract including issuing citations for fare evasion and responding to all emergencies that occurred on the platforms and rail.

1997 – 2008 Georgia World Congress Center Public Safety Police

Field Training Officer for all new police officers in primary law enforcement functions including policies and procedures for the agency. Conducting primary law enforcement services on Georgia State Property which included arrest of offenders and public relations.

2006 – 2008 National Response Solutions

Director of Operations of all operational needs for this agency which included non - emergency transportation, emergency courier service, including security services for the state of Georgia.

2005 – 2006 Southeastrans Inc.

Compliance Officer responsible for 8 Medicaid Broker backup transport vans and to oversee 50 or more NET Medicaid Providers for transport services. I was required to travel to all the North Region Counties of the State of Georgia and provide training.

2004 – 2008 Part - time Pickens County Campus Police Training Officer

LT. Training Coordinator assisted the agency with all training and maintaining training records for all officers working the Campus Police. I would occasionally be requested to fill in for vacation and sick days as a Campus Officer.

2003 – 2008 Elite Officers Group P/T

Manager and Scheduler for supplying off duty police officers to work part time at Mountainside Piedmont Hospital and conducting training for all security personnel.

2004 – 2005 East Ellijay Police Department

Sergeant and Patrol Supervisor for B Shift handling all scheduling, training, and evidence custodian for the agency.

2000 – 2004 City of Nelson Police Department

Assistant Police Chief to Chief of the city of 1800 located in 2 counties working along with 2 different county sheriff departments. Handled all budget and purchasing for the department wrote grants for equipment and personnel. Implemented policies and procedures to the progress of receiving State Accreditation, worked closely with City Council and Mayor.

1998 – 2000 Georgia Capitol Police / Department of Public Safety

Motor Officer / Risk and Safety Manager

I managed the daily operations, services and delivery to state employees and state facilities involving any risk or litigation factor involving the State of Georgia. I performed law enforcement functions including the Executive Protection of two Georgia Governors, investigations of crimes and events occurring on state property.

1994 – 1997 City of Holly Springs Police Department

Police Officer, Canine Handler, and Investigations were primary duties of mine while serving this agency, I was also assigned as the liaison to the Cherokee County Multiple Agencies Narcotics Services through my agency to assist with Canine and training purposes.

1993 – 1994 City of Boston Police Department

 I was a Patrol Officer for the city to respond to non - emergencies and emergencies serving the citizens of the city. The Chief assigned me to the Thomas County Drug Task Force to assist them with canine assistance when requested outside of city limits.

 

1997 – 1996 United States Army Reserve / National Guard

Military Police Officer for different situations and locations post duties acting as garrison and occasionally field MP’s.
